We will share with you our love for both Yoga practice and the island of Hvar. Our retreat offers a well-curated program of daily Yoga classes, meditations and inspiring workshops for all levels.
Imagine waking up with the melodious background sounds of crickets and nearby waves, enjoying massages, long swims, and a warm, homely atmosphere where you can pick veggies from the garden.
Above all, we’re surrounded by breathtaking, wild nature while staying in a beautiful eco-friendly villa located on the Pakleni islands — an archipelago of Hvar island.

We will meet at 4 pm at Hvar main square and then head with the speedboat towards our villa at Pakleni Islands.

After you settle down in the rooms and relax, join us for an opening circle followed by gentle Somatic Yoga practice to release tension on subtle levels and to connect to the wisdom of our bodies. Justyna will explain how our nervous system collects and reflects experiences and emotions and how through movement we can access change, ease, and lightness.

Our first day will conclude with a homemade dinner served on the villa’s porch immersed in greenery.


We will wake up early to catch the first sun’s rays and start a day with meditation by the sea. You are free to join us a bit later for modified Ashtanga Yoga practice. After awakening body practice, it is time to recharge with a long and lazy brunch.

The afternoon is reserved for leisure activities, like massage, relaxing with a book in your hammock, or simply having a long swim in the friendly Adriatic Sea; your choice.

At sunset time, Justyna will hold a workshop focused on the breath, pelvic floor, and core muscles connection. Our breathing along with postural and movement patterns mirrors how we feel and how we function in the world. By transforming habits we can witness and experience changes on deeper levels and wholistic wellbeing.

Our day starts with seaside meditation, a light, and spacious Yoga practice, followed by a healthy veggie brunch.

Today, we’ll visit Soline Beach, known for its ancient Roman spa. At Soline Beach, you can find Roman ruins, but what we really care about is the healing mud which will make your skin feel soft and smooth. Open-air wellness!

Back home, relax with a short restorative yoga practice followed by Yoga Nidra.

Dinner will be a delightful creation by our chef, Karolina.


Start the day with a sunrise meditation and a gentle Ashtanga Yoga class, followed by leisurly brunch. This afternoon, we’ll explore the Pakleni islands on foot, taking a stroll to the famous Palmižana beach. Embrace the lush Mediterranean forest, pristine sandy beaches, and relax with coffee or a glass of local wine in unique beach bars.

Returning home to the comforting embrace of Yin Yoga sets the tone for a tranquil evening. The slow, deliberate movements and extended holds in Yin Yoga allow you to release the day’s tension and foster a deep sense of relaxation.

Following this soothing practice, indulge in a delightful dinner and shared experiences around the bonfire.

After awakening our bodies with healthy morning routines and cuddling our souls with delicious brunch, we have free time.

You can relax with the massage, explore the hidden bays or visit a magical treehouse nearby.

In the afternoon we will join Justyna under the olive trees to reflect on cycles in life. Dinner and meditation for better relaxation and sleep.


After awakening your body with a Yoga class and nurturing your senses with a delicious brunch, the day is yours to enjoy.

In your free time, you can relax with the massage or energy treatments, explore the hidden bays, or visit a magical treehouse nearby.

Later that day, join Justyna for a workshop about the cycles of life. We will navigate through changes and trauma informed approaches as an opportunity to restore a sense of safety and self-awareness.

We’ll finish with meditation and a closing circle, followed by a yummy dinner.

Day 6 — RETURN HOME or...

Rejuvenated and recharged, you are ready to get back in the real world.

We will escort you to the island of Hvar, from where you can decide; or to stay to live in Croatia or to go back to your home…


The Cricket house is located on Pakleni islands, 20 minutes boat ride from Hvar island. There are no cars on the Pakleni islands, and our villa has no neighbors.
Surrounding the house is a vast Mediterranean garden with authentic herbs, figs, and olive trees. The wild flora garden is equipped with hammocks and deck chairs, making it the ideal place to retreat from urban daily life. From there, you can reach the private beach in just a 5 minutes walk.
The house consists of a large living room, kitchen, spacious dining room, 4 bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms. Two bedrooms are situated on the ground floor with double beds and en-suite bathrooms. On the upper floor are a triple room and a twin room with en-suite bathrooms. Here is a chilling area where you can peacefully enjoy the panoramic view of the sea.
As the garden is very spacious, we offer the option of staying in the tent and using the bathroom from the house. If you are interested, let us know, so we can provide a tent for you.


Our food is prepared with fresh and seasonal ingredients purchased from local farmers because we love to support the local economy.
During your stay, you’ll be delighted with two rich daily meals and snacks made by our in-house chef. Brunches and dinners are mainly vegetarian and vegan. The gluten-free options are available – let us know ahead about your special needs.
Coffee, tea, fruits, and snacks will be available throughout the day.


Pakleni Island is a gorgeous chain of wooded isles that stretches out immediately in front of the town of Hvar.
Although the name literally means ‘Hell’s Islands’, it’s thought to derive from ‘paklina’, a pine resin that was once harvested here to waterproof boats. Imagine an island that is almost entirely covered by a lush Mediterranean forest, where waters dazzle, and it’s still not overrun by tourists. Everything about this place is unique. You can expect to swim in some of the clearest water and enjoy the deep blue caves and pristine white sandy beaches just for yourself.
And if you’re looking for a real break, this is just the place to relax and live a true island experience.

Justyna is an Ashtanga Yoga teacher authorized by Sharath Jois. She has been practicing this method since 2005 and sharing it in traditional form in Shalas around the world. She is now based in Poland, where she opened MERU Shala. It’s a space where she supports practitioners in all stages of their life.
She also holds the space for female circles, teaching about cycle awareness in practice and beyond. Justyna is also a pelvic floor therapist, certified somatic yoga teacher and trauma informed yoga facilitator.
Her free time is all about nature — she loves climbing mountains and taking pictures of landscapes. She finds photography as her way to show the beauty of nature and a call for preserving it.

She was working several years for one of the world's biggest travel companies, leading tours in Eastern Europe and Southeast Asia and her love for travel, tourism, yoga, and adventures made her found Fige Yoga Adventures®.
Sasha became a certified yoga teacher in 2018 by school in Croatia.
Her teaching style is Ashtanga Vinyasa, and she is skilled at demystifying complex concepts and making yoga feel accessible to beginners and teachers alike.
Dog lover, she enjoys spending time hiking, swimming and horseback riding.

Karolina is a long time Buddhist practitioner, Shiatsu masseur and Macrobiotic chef. When she is preparing a food, you can feel all her energy and love in that meals. She uses seasonal ingredients and makes the best of it.
Karolina was the owner of Zagreb famous restaurant, Veganspek, first vegan and meat restaurant in Croatia.

The reservation fee is 200€ and is non-refundable unless Gispy Travel Agency (GTA) cancels the program. In this case, the reservation amount will be fully refunded. GTA is committed to informing participants about any cancellations at least two weeks before the scheduled start of the retreat.

GTA is open to considering alternatives for individuals unable to attend the original retreat. Specifically, participants may have the option to apply the reservation amount towards a future retreat. This provides flexibility and a potential solution for those facing unforeseen circumstances.
