Welcome to Croatia! You will have an organized transfer from Supetar to our villa Gumonca.
Once when you settle in your room, take time to ambient; check your villa and surroundings, explore the bio garden in front of the villa, swim in the sea, or visit village Mirca.
After dinner, we will set intentions for the week and have an introduction circle.
After morning refreshment with tea, coffee, and fruits, Caroline will hold an outdoor Hatha Yoga class.
Following yoga time, our in-house chef will serve the brunch made of fresh and seasonal delicacies.
The afternoon is reserved for leisure activities, like massage, relaxing by the pool, swimming or simply reading the book and enjoying in the villa; your choice.
Before dinner, Caroline will hold Pranayama workshops. Learn about the breath power and how to apply it in your daily life and in the asana practice.
Dinner, and last touch of the day – sunset mediation.
Our morning will start with the same routine as the previous day.
For the afternoon is planned hiking (appx. 2,5h) towards Mt Vidova Gora, the highest peak of all Croatian islands. From here you will enjoy a bird view of the Golden Cape, and the islands of Hvar and Vis.
Afterward, we will proceed downhill visiting Golden Cape, the most beautiful beach in Croatia and a protected natural area of the Adriatic coastline. Take a swim to refresh after a long hike!
We will conclude the day’s adventure with a glass of good island wine and dinner in Bol.
After energizing with our morning Yoga and brunch routine, you’ll have free time to explore the local village or to relax with the massage.
If you prefer a more active holiday, the option can be a kayak or SUP tour.
Before dinner take some time to relax and let Caroline guide you through Yin Yoga Class.
Dinner, and finish the day with meditation by the sea.
Repetition is the mother of knowledge; says Zig Ziglar! After our morning routine with Caroline, we will embark on a boat trip towards majestic Hvar and the Pakleni islands.
Firstly we’ll visit Hvar, a location with charming Venetian architecture, numerous monasteries, the famous fortress ‘Spanjola’, and excellent bars and restaurants.
The second pitstop is the Hvar archipelago — Pakleni islands. Here we will have time to enjoy swimming, snorkeling, and refreshing with the ‘best cocktails on Earth’ at a famous beach bar ‘Laganini’.
The dinner will be served in the house once we arrive back.
Start a day with a gentle Hatha Yoga class with Caroline and enjoy in long brunch at the villa’s porch.
The afternoon is reserved for leisure, relax in the aromatic garden or walk to the nearby village Supetar. Optionally we can attend a cooking class with a local family who lives in 500 years old Venetian Castle. Their home is protected cultural heritage in authentic village Dol and we will learn how to make traditional cake Hrapocusa.
Delicious dinner will be served followed by relaxing Yoga Nidra and meditation under the shiny stars.
Rejuvenated and recharged, you are ready to get back in the real world.
We will escort you to Supetar, from where you can decide; or to stay to live in Croatia or to go back to your home.
