Our retreat offers a carefully curated program featuring deep and slow Hatha Yoga classes, meditations, and inspiring workshops focusing on different body parts. Take a moment to invest in yourself, to feel better and to deepen your understanding of the connections between body, soul, and spirit.

PROGRAM

Discover day by day program of Body Bliss retreat on Pakleni islands with Yoga teacher Lisa and host Sasha

Day 1 — ARRIVAL + OPENING CIRCLE

Welcome to Croatia! The group meeting is at Hvar’s main square at 4 pm, where we’ll embark on a private speedboat to our paradise island.

After settling into your rooms and familiarizing yourself with the surroundings, we’ll start with an introduction circle, followed by a gentle movement to shake off travel fatigue.

Conclude the day with a homemade dinner served on the villa’s porch, surrounded by greenery.

Day 2 — YOGA + LEISURE + HAPPY FEET WORKSHOP

You can join us early for a sunrise meditation by the sea or a bit later for a deep and slow Hatha Yoga class. Following the awakening body practice, recharge with a long and rich brunch.

This afternoon is dedicated for you to rest and relax – enjoy a massage by Lisa in our garden, read a book in your hammock, or simply take a long swim in the beautiful Adriatic Sea – the choice is yours.

At sunset, join Lisa for the Happy Feet workshop. Through stories, poems, playful and therapeutic exercises, as well as corrective alignment in classic yoga asanas, and a relaxing foot massage, we’ll float to dinner as if on clouds.

Day 3 — YOGA + HEALING MUD + PELVIC BLISS

Our day starts with meditation by the sea, a light, and spacious yoga practice, followed by a healthy veggie brunch.

Today, we’ll visit Soline beach, known for its ancient Roman spa. At Soline beach, you can find Roman ruins, but what we really care about is the healing mud which will make your skin feel soft and smooth. Open-air wellness!

Back home, get ready to move your pelvis – a central element in our physical and mental well-being, considered the foundation for joy, creativity, and self-expression.

Dinner will be a delightful creation by our chef, Karolina.

Day 4 — YOGA + ISLAND EXPLORING + YIN YOGA

Start the day with a sunrise meditation and a gentle Hatha Yoga flow, followed by a rich and nurturing brunch.

This afternoon, we’ll explore the Pakleni islands on foot, taking a stroll to the famous Palmižana beach. Embrace the lush Mediterranean forest, pristine sandy beaches, and relax with coffee or a glass of local wine in unique beach bars.

Back home, enjoy a relaxing Yin Yoga practice, followed by an amazing dinner and shared experiences around the bonfire.

Day 5 — YOGA + ISLAND HOPPING + DINNER IN FISHERMAN'S HOUSE

Our morning rhythm remains the same – meditation by the sea, Hatha Yoga, and brunch.

Today’s plan involves island hopping around the Pakleni Islands and the island of Hvar. Enjoy snorkeling in hidden bays, refreshments at charming beach bars, and explore beautiful parts of Pakleni islands that are still undiscovered by tourists.

For dinner, we’ll stroll to a nearby bay and dine at the excellent local restaurant called Fisherman’s House, known for its use of local products, fresh sea-caught fish, and garden-fresh veggies, ensuring a culinary delight.

Day 6 — YOGA + LEISURE + NECK & SHOULDERS HARMONY

After awakening your bodies with a Yoga class and indulging your senses with a delicious brunch, the day is yours to enjoy.

If you are up for some adventure, we suggest embarking on a boat trip to the famous Blue Cave. This fun excursion includes island hopping with five stops, featuring gems like Stiniva Beach and Komiža Village—a picturesque spot where the Mama Mia musical was filmed.

After an action-packed day, unwind with Lisa’s restorative class, focusing on the neck and shoulders. According to the philosophy of Yoga, there should be a sense of lightness here, yet in today’s fast-paced world, we often find ourselves under pressure. This not only manifests in physical pain but also hampers our ability to form true, deep connections with ourselves, others, and nature. The workshop explores the lightness of being, the power of voice, and the healing silence that accompanies it.

Cap off the evening with a delightful dinner served right in the comfort of our villa.

Day 7 — RETURN HOME or...

The concluding day begins with meditation and Yoga, followed by a reflective circle on the week’s sensations in the wild Mediterranean.

Rejuvenated and recharged, you are ready to get back into the real world.

We will escort you to the island of Hvar, from where you can decide; or to stay to live in Croatia or to go back to your home…

VILLA

The Cricket house is located only 20 minutes boat ride from Hvar island. There are no cars on the Pakleni islands, and our villa has no neighbors. The house consists of a large living room, kitchen, spacious dining room, 4 bedrooms, and 5 bathrooms. Two bedrooms are situated on the ground floor with double beds and en-suite bathrooms. On the upper floor are a triple room and a twin room with en-suite bathrooms.
Surrounding the house is a spacious Mediterranean garden with authentic herbs, figs, and olive trees. The wild flora garden is equipped with hammocks and deck chairs, making it the ideal place to enjoy nature and silence. Private beach just 5 minutes walk away.
We also offer the option of staying in the tent and using the bathroom from the house. If you are interested, let us know, so we can provide a tent for you.

FOOD

Our food is prepared with fresh and seasonal ingredients from local farmers because we love to support the local economy.
During your stay, you’ll be delighted with two rich daily meals made by the in-house chef. Brunches and dinners are mainly vegetarian and vegan. The gluten-free options are available – let us know ahead about your special needs.
Coffee, tea, fruits, and snacks will be available throughout the day.

LOCATION

Pakleni Island is a gorgeous chain of wooded isles that stretches out immediately in front of the town of Hvar.
Although the name literally means ‘Hell’s Islands’, it’s thought to derive from ‘paklina’, a pine resin that was once harvested here to waterproof boats. Imagine an island that is almost entirely covered by a lush Mediterranean forest, where waters dazzle, and it’s still not overrun by tourists. Everything about this place is unique. You can expect to swim in some of the clearest water and enjoy the deep blue caves and pristine white sandy beaches just for yourself.
And if you’re looking for a real break, this is just the place to relax and live a true island experience.

Lisa is a state-approved sports and gymnastics teacher, wilderness educator, wellness masseuse and advanced AYI Yoga teacher with more than 1100 hours of training with Dr. Ronald Steiner and Anna Trökes.
She teaches Yoga seminars, retreats and advanced training courses for Yoga teachers throughout Europe.
In her work, the art of movement, philosophy, meditation, massage and her intensive connection to nature flow harmoniously into one another and inspire a comprehensive understanding of being alive.
She responds sensitively and attentively to the individual needs of her students and customers .

SASHA DAKIC

She is a passionate yoga practitioner, experienced yoga teacher and tour guide. She was working several years for one of the world's biggest travel companies, leading tours in Eastern Europe and Southeast Asia and her love for travel, tourism, yoga, and adventures made her found Fige Yoga Adventures®.
Sasha became a certified yoga teacher in 2018 by www.gaia-yoga.com school in Croatia.
Her teaching style is Ashtanga Vinyasa, and she is skilled at demystifying complex concepts and making yoga feel accessible to beginners and teachers alike.
Dog lover, she enjoys spending time hiking, swimming and horseback riding.

Karolina is a long time Buddhist practitioner, Shiatsu masseur and Macrobiotic chef. When she is preparing a food, you can feel all her energy and love in that meals. She uses seasonal ingredients and makes the best of it.
Karolina was the owner of Zagreb famous restaurant, Veganspek, first vegan and meat restaurant in Croatia.

RESERVATION POLICY

Your reservation is confirmed upon the payment of 200 € to the Gipsy Travel Agency account.

The remaining balance must be settled at least 2 weeks before your arrival. For booking and payment details, please visit Book Now section on the website.

CANCELLATION POLICY

The reservation fee is 200€ and is non-refundable unless Gispy Travel Agency (GTA) cancels the program. In this case, the reservation amount will be fully refunded. GTA is committed to informing participants about any cancellations at least two weeks before the scheduled start of the retreat.

GTA is open to considering alternatives for individuals unable to attend the original retreat. Specifically, participants may have the option to apply the reservation amount towards a future retreat. This provides flexibility and a potential solution for those facing unforeseen circumstances.
