You will enjoy the luxury of waking up with the melodies of waves, jumping in the sea straight from your bed, and enchanting mornings on your own personal journey of transformation and self-discovery.

No cars. No neighbors. Just the sea in front and amazing nature behind you.
The program’s core parts are daily restorative and regenerative Ashtanga Yoga practice, guided by powerful breath, and meditations.
Nevertheless, you will have plenty of free time for leisure activities, like massage, relaxing with a book in your hammock, island hopping, or simply having a long swim in the friendly Adriatic Sea.
PROGRAM
Discover day by day program of Ashtanga retreat on Pakleni islands with Yoga teacher Lisa and host Sasha
Day 1 — ARRIVAL + YIN YOGA
We will meet at 4 pm at Hvar main square and then head with the boat towards our villa at Pakleni islands.
After you settle down in the rooms and relax, we will have an introduction circle.
Our first day will conclude with a homemade dinner served at the villa’s porch immersed in green, and relaxing Yin Yoga class.
Day 2 — YOGA + LEISURE + PRANAYAMA WORKSHOP
We wake up early to catch the first sun’s rays and start a day with meditation. You are free to join us a bit later for a practice based on Ashtanga Yoga method.
After awakening body practice, it is time for recharging with a long and lazy brunch.
The afternoon is reserved for leisure activities, like massage, relaxing with a book in your hammock, or simply having a long swim in the friendly Adriatic Sea; your choice.
At sunset time, Lisa will hold a pranayama workshop.
Experience the power of breath and learn how to apply it in your daily life and asana practice.
Dinner, meditation, and free time for relaxing.
Day 3 — YOGA + MEDITATION WALK + YIN YOGA
We start the day with the sunrise meditation and gentle Ashtanga Yoga practice, followed by a rich and slow brunch.
The afternoon is reserved for a meditation walk through the island. Walking in silence is intended to enable you to connect deeply with the natural elements and with yourself. We believe this island has a special energy, can’t wait to hear your impressions!
Back home we will be graced with an amazing dinner.
And the last touch of the day, a relaxing Yin Yoga practice and sharing experience around the bonfire.
Day 4 — YOGA + HEALING MUD + RESTORATIVE YOGA
Our day starts with meditation, light, and spacious Yoga practice, followed by a healthy veggie brunch.
Today we visit Soline beach, known for being an ancient roman spa. At Soline beach you can find roman ruins but what we really care about is the healing mud which will make your skin feel soft and smooth.
Upon arrival, join us for restorative Yoga practice followed by another delicious dinner.
Day 5 — YOGA + ISLAND HOPPING + DINNER IN HVAR
Our morning will start with meditation, Yoga, and brunch.
Today’s plan is island hopping around Pakleni islands and the island of Hvar. We’ll enjoy snorkeling in hidden bays, and refreshments at a beautiful beach bar. The last stop is Hvar where we have free time for exploring beautiful Venetian architecture spots and art shops.
For dinner, we will be hosted by a friendly local family in their charming home.
Day 6 — YOGA + LEISURE + RHYTHM OF NATURE WORKSHOP
After awakening our bodies with flow Yoga class and nurturing our senses with delicious brunch, we have free time.
You can relax with the massage, explore the hidden bays or visit a magical treehouse nearby.
In the afternoon join Lisa under the olive trees to reflect on Rhythms Of Nature as a key to a happy and healthy life.
Dinner and meditation for better relaxation and sleep.
Day 7 — YOGA + BARBECUE + CLOSING CIRCLE
We will persistently feed our last day on this adventure with Yoga practice and fresh local delicacies.
Afterward, take some time to reflect on the sensations which could happen during the week we spent in the wild Mediterranean nature.
Around the sunset, we will gather for a barbecue, celebrating the end with dinner around the bonfire and a closing circle ritual.
Day 8 — RETURN HOME or...
Rejuvenated and recharged, you are ready to get back into the real world.
We will escort you to the island of Hvar, from where you can decide; or to stay to live in Croatia or to go back to your home…
VILLA
The Cricket house is located only 20 minutes boat ride from Hvar island. There are no cars on the Pakleni islands, and our villa has no neighbors. The house consists of a large living room, kitchen, spacious dining room, 4 bedrooms, and 5 bathrooms. Two bedrooms are situated on the ground floor with double beds and en-suite bathrooms. On the upper floor are a triple room and a twin room with en-suite bathrooms.
Surrounding the house is a spacious Mediterranean garden with authentic herbs, figs, and olive trees. The wild flora garden is equipped with hammocks and deck chairs, making it the ideal place to enjoy nature and silence. Private beach just 5 minutes walk away.
We also offer the option of staying in the tent and using the bathroom from the house. If you are interested, let us know, so we can provide a tent for you.
FOOD
Our food is prepared with fresh and seasonal ingredients from local farmers because we love to support the local economy.
During your stay, you’ll be delighted with two rich daily meals made by the in-house chef. Brunches and dinners are mainly vegetarian and vegan. The gluten-free options are available – let us know ahead about your special needs.
Coffee, tea, fruits, and snacks will be available throughout the day.
LOCATION
Pakleni Island is a gorgeous chain of wooded isles that stretches out immediately in front of the town of Hvar.
Although the name literally means ‘Hell’s Islands’, it’s thought to derive from ‘paklina’, a pine resin that was once harvested here to waterproof boats. The more descriptive name will be ‘Green and Blue Paradise’ of the Dalmatian coast, for plenty of deep blue caves and tiny white sandy beaches.

Lisa is a state-approved sports and gymnastics teacher, wilderness educator, wellness masseuse and advanced AYI Yoga teacher with more than 1100 hours of training with Dr. Ronald Steiner and Anna Trökes.
She teaches Yoga seminars, retreats and advanced training courses for Yoga teachers throughout Europe.
In her work, the art of movement, philosophy, meditation, massage and her intensive connection to nature flow harmoniously into one another and inspire a comprehensive understanding of being alive.
She responds sensitively and attentively to the individual needs of her students and customers .
She teaches Yoga seminars, retreats and advanced training courses for Yoga teachers throughout Europe.
In her work, the art of movement, philosophy, meditation, massage and her intensive connection to nature flow harmoniously into one another and inspire a comprehensive understanding of being alive.

Her teaching style is Ashtanga Vinyasa, and she is skilled at demystifying complex concepts and making yoga feel accessible to beginners and teachers alike.
Dog lover, she enjoys spending time hiking, swimming and horseback riding.
