Day 1 — ARRIVAL + INTRODUCTION CIRCLE

We’ll arrange a group transfer from Pula Airport or the city of Pula directly to our charming villa.

After settling into your room, take time to relax and embrace the surroundings. You can unwind by the pool and connect with your fellow participants.

The first day features an opening circle, where we set intentions for the week and introduce ourselves. This is followed by a short yoga session.

To end the day on a delightful note, savor a homemade dinner.

Day 2 — YOGA + LEISURE + GENTLE YOGA

In the morning you will attend Hatha Yoga class, a soft and gentle practice for body awakening.

Following yoga time, our in-house chef will serve the brunch made of fresh and seasonal delicacies.

The afternoon is reserved for leisure activities, like massage, relaxing by the pool, swimming or simply reading a book and enjoying the villa; your choice.

Before dinner, we will have a very relaxing Yin Yoga class.

Dinner and leisure time.

DAY 3 — YOGA + OLIVE OIL & WINE TASTING

After a yoga session and a delectable brunch, we invite you to join us on a unique adventure. We’ll visit a beautiful family-run winery, where you’ll have the opportunity to savor some of the finest Istrian wines.

Our journey continues with a visit to a picturesque countryside village, where you’ll partake in a delightful olive oil tasting experience, connecting with the rich flavors of the region.

To conclude this day of exploration and relaxation, a sweet dinner awaits you in our villa.

DAY 4 — YOGA + LEISURE + RESTORATIVE PRACTICE

After energizing with our morning rhythm, you’ll have free time to enjoy in the sauna, pool, and jacuzzi or to relax with the massage. If you prefer a more active holiday, you can take in-house bicycles and explore local villages.

Before dinner, take some time to release and let our teacher lead you through restorative practice. Staying longer in different variations of poses will make your body feel fluent and alive.

Dinner.

Day 5 — YOGA + BRIJUNI NATIONAL PARK

Repetition is the mother of knowledge- says Zig Ziglar! Today after morning Yoga practice and brunch, our journey takes us to one of Croatia’s most exquisite treasures, the Brijuni National Park. Immerse yourself in the island’s natural beauty, where you can rent bicycles to explore this enchanting paradise. Discover an open Zoo Park and explore Tito’s palace, as this island exudes the charm of the golden era from the sixties. It’s a place we adore!

Upon our return, a homemade dinner will be served at the table. As we wind down from this active day of exploration, we’ll come together for a peaceful meditation, embracing the tranquility of the evening.

Day 6 — YOGA + BEACH DAY

Following a Hatha yoga session and a delightful brunch, it’s time to don your swimming suits and head to the beach for a day of relaxation by the turquoise Adriatic Sea. Breathe in the fresh sea air, take a refreshing dip, and relish the friendly embrace of the Adriatic.

When we return to our villa, a scrumptious dinner awaits.

We’ll wrap up the day with a soothing meditation session, ensuring a restful night’s sleep, ready to embrace the next day of our retreat.

Day 7 — YOGA + ROVINJ & MOTOVUN

On the seventh day, our morning begins with the familiar healthy practice of Hatha Yoga, preparing your body and mind for another delightful day.

The afternoon is filled with adventure as we embark on a road trip to the Istrian ‘pearl,’ Rovinj. Explore the vibrant streets and local artist ateliers, immersing yourself in the charming atmosphere of this coastal gem.

Following our time in Rovinj, we’ll journey north to the medieval hilltop town of Motovun, renowned for its truffles, homemade pasta, and exceptional wines. Here, we’ll have a reserved spot at one of the region’s best local restaurants, where you can enjoy a romantic sunset dinner, capping off a day of exploration and culinary delights.

Day 8 — RETURN HOME

… this will be the end of the retreat.

At this point, you will have the choice between going back to your home place or staying in Croatia forever.

LOCATION

Istria is known as ‘Terra Magica’ and often compared with Italian Tuscany aside from being the Adriatic Sea’s largest peninsula.
The entire region is famous for its petite hills with enchanting medieval hamlets, evergreen Mediterranian pine trees and plenty of fascinating beaches. Nevertheless, it is known for its abundance of truffles, vineyards, olive groves, homemade pasta,  prosciutto, cheese and Malvazija wine.
This Mediterranean peninsula flourishes with artistic and bohemian vibes, mystical atmosphere and rich historical heritage — 3000 thousand years old Roman town Pula, charming Rovinj and the magical hilltop of Motovun.
According to community destination votes, in 2021, Lonely Planet greeted Istria with the Best Olive Growing Region in the World award title.
