WHY WE'RE THE MOST AWESOME YOGA RETREAT IN CROATIA
I was quite nervous to attend my first yoga retreat, but after meeting the wonderful Sasha, I felt so comfortable and at home, Sasha is such a shining light, who can’t do enough for you, and Sanya’s cooking is awesome. Not only did we do yoga, but explored the beautiful region of Istria, and fell in love with Croatia. I had such an amazing time, and met so many wonderful people who I can now call my friends.Bal SangheraUK
I strongly recommend you to visit this retreat in Istria. It’s probably one of the most beautiful places I’ve visited. Sasha knows everything and she’s always there to help whenever you need guidance in yoga or want to learn something about Croatia. The yoga, the tours, the wine and the food was just perfect. I really enjoyed my stay and wouldn’t hesitate to come back.Minna SuominenFINLAND
I had the most wonderful week retreat in a luxurious house in Pakleni Island that Sasha organized and Imme was the Yoga teacher in July 2021. After difficult times, this was my first vacation and the food was outstanding, the setting was impeccable (with our own PRIVATE BEACH OF PRISTINE WATER) and on top of yoga, there were coaching and self-improvement sessions. The group was also fantastic and I cannot wait to return next year!Luciana VilarPORTUGAL
With whom all became possible!
Being a Yoga and Pilates teacher, Manuela has the gift to explain technique within the Yoga practice by also underlying it with a philosophy to explore more profound layers of body and mind. The physical Yoga practice with elements of empowering and strengthening aspects are in Manuela teachings as important as Pranayama and Meditation and Restorative Techniques as a tool to find the balance between polarities to find our centre.
Sasha became a certified yoga teacher in 2018 by www.gaia-yoga.com school in Croatia. Her teaching style is Ashtanga Vinyasa, and she is skilled at demystifying complex concepts and making yoga feel accessible to beginners and teachers alike.
Dog lover, she enjoys spending time hiking, swimming and horseback riding.
In the meantime, she left her corporate day job and completed teacher training for Asthanga yoga.
More recently, Sanja started cooking at retreat events. Extraordinary food combinations and ideas are always flowing through her mind, especially before bedtime when next-day-lunch recipes appear out of thin air.
