OVERVIEW
Manuela and I are thrilled to welcome you to a magical week in sunny Morocco! This retreat has been a dream for us — a chance to blend yoga, ocean time, and the rich local culture in a way that feels relaxed and real.
We’ll stay in a beautiful beachfront villa, waking up to the ocean and ending our days with dinners under the stars. Our days will move between yoga and surf sessions, exploring Agadir’s largest souk in Morocco, learning to cook traditional tajine, and wandering sahara dunes.
Whether you’re looking to relax under the sun, try something new, or connect with like-minded people, this retreat offers the perfect mix of adventure and rest.
Even if you’re not practicing yoga or surfing, you’re welcome to join the retreat as a partner or friend. You’ll still enjoy the villa, meals, and the magic of Morocco — and the price will be adjusted accordingly. It’s all about sharing the experience with your loved ones in a relaxed, inclusive way.
PROGRAM

Day 1 — ARRIVAL + OPENING CIRCLE
Welcome to Morocco! Our retreat begins at Agadir Airport, where a group transfer will bring us to our retreat home. Settle in, enjoy some welcome snacks, and take a moment to relax. If you arrive early, feel free to store your luggage and explore the area or grab lunch.
As the sun sets, we’ll gather on the terrace overlooking the ocean for our first yoga session, followed by an opening circle to set our intentions for the week.
The evening ends with a delicious dinner, the perfect introduction to the flavors of Morocco.
Day 2 — YOGA, SURF + COOKING CLASS
Start the day with refreshing morning yoga and breakfast.
Then we have a surf lesson at the beach for beginners or experienced surfers.
Not surfing? Relax on the beach, explore Taghazout, try camel or horse riding, or enjoy a massage.
Afternoon yoga helps you unwind before stepping into a hands-on Moroccan cooking class. We’ll learn how to prepare (and, of course, enjoy) an authentic local meal, tajin.
Day 3 — YOGA, SURF + HAMMAM EXPERIENCE
We’ll start the morning with an energizing yoga session, followed by an optional surf lesson for those who want to build confidence on the board.
After lunch, the afternoon is yours — relax at the beach, explore the area, or treat yourself to a traditional Hammam and spa experience for deep relaxation.
As the day slows down, we’ll gather for a restorative evening yoga session, followed by a peaceful dinner under the stars.
Day 4 — YOGA + AGADIR SOUK + ARGAN COOPERATIVE
We’ll greet the day with morning yoga and a generous brunch overlooking the ocean.
In the afternoon, we’ll head to Agadir Souk, the largest souk in Morocco — a lively place to wander, shop for local artwork, handcrafted items, and fragrant spices.
On the way back, we’ll visit a traditional Argan oil cooperative, where you’ll learn why argan oil is so precious and how it’s made.
Back at the retreat house, a comforting dinner will be waiting for us.
Day 5 — YOGA, SURF + YOGA
Morning yoga, brekafast an optional surf session. Afternoon free to wander nearby villages, enjoy seaside cafés, or indulge in a spa treatment.
As the sun dips low, we’ll meet for a slow, grounding yoga practice before sharing dinner and good conversation.
Day 6 — YOGA + TRIP TO SAHARA SAND DUNES
We’ll start the day with morning yoga, followed by a relaxed brunch.
In the afternoon, we’ll head out on a day trip to the Moroccan sand dunes, where there’s space to explore, walk barefoot on the sand, take photos, or try sand surfing for those who feel playful and adventurous.
After returning to our retreat home, we’ll enjoy a comforting dinner and a slow evening together.
Day 7 — YOGA, SURF + YOGA
Our last full day begins with yoga and a final surf session. Whether you’re standing on the board for the first time or riding the waves with confidence, this is your chance to enjoy the ocean one last time.
Spend the afternoon however you choose—relaxing, journaling, or taking a final adventure. As evening falls, we’ll gather for a gentle yoga session, followed by a special farewell dinner, celebrating a week of connection, adventure, and unforgettable moments.
Day 8 — RETURN HOME or...
Our journey closes with a peaceful morning yoga session, offering a moment to reflect and take in the last bits of Moroccan magic. After breakfast, we’ll pack up and say our goodbyes.
A group transfer will take you to Agadir Airport, sending you home with sun-kissed memories, new friendships, and a refreshed spirit.
Until next time—safe travels!
