This retreat is a journey into relaxation and self-care, designed to nourish both body and mind.
Through gentle yoga, meditation, and wellness practices, we will dive inward, pampering ourselves from the inside out while embracing the beauty and tranquility of this stunning coastal paradise.
PROGRAM
Discover day by day program of Yoga Retreat at Brijuni National Park
Day 1 — ARRIVAL + OPENING CIRCLE
The group meeting will take place in the afternoon in Fazana, from where you will embark on a 20-minute boat ride to our home for the next 5 days — the beautiful Brijuni National Park.
Arrival and check-in at Hotel Neptun.
After settling into your room and taking time to relax, we will gather for our opening circle and a gentle yoga class.
This is a moment to connect, get to know each other, and share intentions for the days ahead, surrounded by island calm and fresh sea air.
Dinner will be served at the hotel.
Day 2 — YOGA + BRIJUNI EXPLORATION + YIN YOGA
Begin your day with a gentle Vinyasa yoga session to awaken the body, followed by a guided meditation. Afterwards, enjoy a rich breakfast at the hotel.
Later in the morning, we will take a guided excursion around Brijuni, followed by free time to explore or rest in the quiet island atmosphere.
In the evening, join us for a deeply relaxing Yin yoga practice, ending with Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep), allowing the body to fully soften and rest.
Dinner will be served at the hotel.
Day 3 — YOGA +VISITING ROVINJ
The morning begins with gentle Vinyasa yoga and meditation, exploring a flowing sequence of asanas with a focus on balance, as soft morning light fills the space.
After yoga, enjoy breakfast at the hotel.
Today we explore the beautiful, picturesque town of Rovinj, with its colorful streets and Mediterranean scents.
Dinner will be in a local tavern in Rovinj.
Day 4 — YOGA + LEISURE + FACE YOGA
Morning Vinyasa yoga will focus on building strength and endurance through standing asanas, combined with vagus nerve exercises. Following guided meditation and a delicious breakfast.
The rest of the day is leisure time — explore the botanical garden, visit the open zoo, or simply relax with a book by the sea, feeling the warm sun on your skin.
In the afternoon, enjoy a self-care Face Yoga session — relaxation, lifting, and lymphatic drainage using gua sha stones.
For dinner, we will take a free boat ride to the small fishing village of Fazana and enjoy local delicacies by the sea at sunset.
Day 5 — YOGA + DEPARTURE
Enjoy a balanced Yin–Yang yoga session, combining active flows and deep stretches.
Breakfast and departure… where you can return home — or decide to stay in Croatia forever!

This retreat takes place at the elegant Hotel Neptun, perfectly situated in the heart of Brijuni National Park. Built during the Austro-Hungarian era, the hotel combines historic charm with modern comfort. Your retreat includes a rich hotel breakfast every morning and two dinners at the hotel, with both vegetarian and meat options available.
On two evenings, we will dine at local restaurants in Rovinj and Fazana, giving us the opportunity to savor the authentic flavors of Mediterranean cuisine and experience the region’s culinary delights.

Brijuni Islands invite you to step into a world of timeless elegance and natural beauty, where the glamour of the 1960s golden era still lingers.
Once the private retreat of Tito, the islands are dotted with museums, ancient olive groves, and fascinating archaeological sites, telling stories of a rich past. Deer and peacocks roam freely, while the open Safari Park, home to exotic animals including the legendary elephant gifted by Indira Gandhi, adds a touch of wonder.

Ivana has been practicing yoga for more than 30 years and started teaching in 2011. Many teachers have been very important and have influenced her understanding of yoga. She combined different teachings and influences into her work with one main idea: to relax, heal and tune into the body and let go of mental excess using different yoga techniques: asana, meditation, breathwork, face yoga. During the years she developed her skills through teaching prenatal, postnatal, kids, teens, dynamic, yin and senior yoga classes, but also as a systemic constellation facilitator and her work with individuals and groups on the Systemic constellations' Academy in Zagreb. Ivana is trauma informed through Compassionate inquiry professional training with Dr Gabor Mate and Sat Dharam, which gives her more understanding of the nervous system and enhances the gentleness in her teaching approach.
Ivana was always interested in people, both privately and professionally, dogs, traveling and discovering different cultures, food and arts.

She is a passionate yoga practitioner, experienced yoga teacher and tour guide. She was working several years for one of the world's biggest travel companies, leading tours in Eastern Europe and Southeast Asia and her love for travel, tourism, yoga, and adventures made her found Fige Yoga Adventures®.
Sasha became a certified yoga teacher in 2018 by www.gaia-yoga.com school in Croatia. Her teaching style is Ashtanga Vinyasa, and she is skilled at demystifying complex concepts and making yoga feel accessible to beginners and teachers alike.
Dog lover, she enjoys spending time hiking, swimming and horseback riding.
Sasha became a certified yoga teacher in 2018 by www.gaia-yoga.com school in Croatia. Her teaching style is Ashtanga Vinyasa, and she is skilled at demystifying complex concepts and making yoga feel accessible to beginners and teachers alike.
