OVERVIEW
We have been returning to this beautiful villa on Brac for the past seven years, and each time we come back, we feel the same sense of peace, connection, and belonging. We are grateful to share this special place with you — a family-owned villa where we have built a warm relationship with the owners and where every detail feels personal and authentic.
This retreat is created by the two of us, Manuela and Sasha, combining our shared love for yoga, nature, and the island of Brac. Our intention is to create a space where you can slow down, reconnect, and feel truly welcomed — not just as a guest, but as part of a small community for the week.
The villa’s garden provides fresh seasonal vegetables, homemade olive oil, and local wine that become part of our shared meals and the experience of island life. Throughout the retreat, we invite you to find your own balance — through yoga, exploring the island, swimming in the sea, connecting with nature, and enjoying moments of rest, stillness, and simply being.
Our wish is for everyone who joins us to leave with beautiful memories, new connections, and a renewed sense of energy — carrying a little piece of Brac with them.
PROGRAM

Day 1 — ARRIVAL + OPENING CIRCLE
Dobro dosli! Welcome to Croatia!
We will meet at 4 PM in Supetar and have an organized group transfer directly to our villa. Once you’ve settled into your room and refreshed, join us for a welcoming circle. Manuela will guide you through an initial yoga practice to help you relax and arrive fully.
The evening will close with a shared dinner, giving us a chance to connect and settle into the retreat rhythm.
Day 2 — YOGA + LEISURE + RESTORATIVE YOGA
We begin the day with a yoga practice that blends Katonah Yoga® exercises with mobility and functional yoga elements.
Afterwards, enjoy a leisurely brunch — a rich and balanced meal to nourish your body. The late morning and afternoon are yours to relax: take a dip in the pool or the sea, indulge in an in-house massage, or explore nearby villages on a peaceful walk.
Before dinner, we’ll come together for a restorative yoga session, followed by pranayama and meditation to restore energy and calm the mind.
Dinner follows, leaving the rest of the evening free to unwind at your own pace.
Day 3 — YOGA + VIDOVA GORA + DINNER IN BOL
Wake up early and ease into the day at your own pace with meditation by the sea, journaling, or a quiet cup of coffee. If you prefer a slower morning, you’re welcome to join us a little later for a dynamic yoga practice.
Brunch time.
In the afternoon, we head out on a scenic hike (approximately 2.5 hours) to Mt. Vidova Gora, the highest peak on all the Croatian islands. From the summit, you’ll enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of Zlatni Rat (the Golden Horn) and the islands of Hvar and Vis.
After the hike, we’ll transfer to Bol, home to Croatia’s iconic Zlatni Rat beach. Take a refreshing swim in the crystal-clear sea or enjoy some free time exploring the charming town at your own pace.
We end the day with a glass of local island wine and dinner at a carefully selected restaurant, where traditional Dalmatian flavours meet a contemporary twist.
Day 4 — YOGA + LEISURE+ RESTORATIVE YOGA
Our morning yoga practice and shared brunch set the rhythm for the day.
The afternoon is yours to spend as you wish — unwind by the pool, take a leisurely walk, indulge in a soothing massage, or simply soak in the peaceful surroundings.
For those who feel drawn to a more active experience, SUP boards, kayaks, and bicycles are available to rent for exploring the coastline and surroundings at your own pace.
Later, we’ll gather for another restorative Yoga practice, with the option to experience a BodyReading session.
In the evening, we’ll come together for a special dinner prepared by our private chef, followed by a relaxed evening in the peaceful surroundings.
Day 5 — YOGA + ISLAND HOPPING: ŠOLTA ISLAND
We begin the day, as always, with our morning yoga practice, followed by a nourishing brunch. Afterwards, our private speedboat will pick us up directly in front of the villa for a day of island exploration.
We’ll head to the beautiful island of Solta, stopping in the charming coastal village of Maslinica. Enjoy a refreshing swim in the sea, relax at a beach bar, and take in the laid-back island atmosphere.
Continuing our journey around the island, we’ll discover hidden coves and enjoy lunch at a small, authentic restaurant tucked away by the sea — a truly special spot surrounded by nature and crystal-clear water.
In the evening, we’ll return to the villa to enjoy a delicious dinner together and unwind after a day of island adventures.
Day 6 — YOGA + STONE ART GALLERY + WINE TASTING
We begin the day, as always, with our morning yoga practice followed by a nourishing brunch — our grounding rhythm throughout the retreat.
Today, we’ll explore the artistic heritage of Brac with a visit to the Jaksic Gallery in the small village of Donji Humac, where local craftsmanship comes to life through stone sculptures, jewellery, and paintings. It is a beautiful opportunity to discover authentic island art and, if you wish, find a unique handmade souvenir to take home.
Afterwards, we’ll continue to Senjkovic Winery, a charming family-run winery where we’ll enjoy a wine tasting paired with a fine dining experience, with each wine accompanied by carefully prepared dishes inspired by the flavours of the island.
Upon returning to the villa, we’ll gather for another restorative yoga session, followed by a relaxed dinner to end the day.
Day 7 — RETURN HOME or...
Morning yoga practice brings us together one last time before brunch. Afterwards, it’s time to return home… or perhaps stay forever on the breathtaking island of Brac!

LOCATION
Brač is a Mediterranean island famous for its cultural heritage, deeply indented coves, smooth stone pebble beaches, crystal clear sea, and rustic Mediterranean villages. This unique Adriatic island is bestowed with Croatian symbols such as Vidova Gora — one of the most beautiful viewpoints and the highest peak on the Adriatic coast. Another treasure is the Golden Cape — a natural white pebbled beach formation that sticks out of the sea like a tongue.
Lonely Planet listed it in the first place of the most beautiful beaches in Croatia. These remarkable natural properties and the islands’ relaxed vibe make Brač a top-rated destination for windsurfers, sports lovers, and adventure seekers.
Our retreat base is located outside of the tourist rush in peaceful village Mirca — slow-paced and a perfect place for enjoying sublime scenery and scents of Mediterranean herbs and pine trees.
