PROGRAM
Discover day by day program of Yoga & Mobility retreat on Brac Island with Manuela Huber
Day 1 — ARRIVAL + OPENING CIRCLE
Dobro dosli! Welcome to Croatia!
We will meet at 4 PM in Supetar and have an organized group transfer directly to our villa. Once you’ve settled into your room and refreshed, join us for a welcoming circle. Manuela will guide you through an initial yoga practice to help you relax and arrive fully.
The evening will close with a shared dinner, giving us a chance to connect and settle into the retreat rhythm.
Day 2 — YOGA + LEISURE + RESTORATIVE YOGA
We begin the day with a yoga practice that blends Katonah Yoga® exercises with mobility and functional yoga elements.
Afterwards, enjoy a leisurely brunch — a rich and balanced meal to nourish your body. The late morning and early afternoon are yours to relax: take a dip in the pool or the sea, or explore the surrounding landscape on a peaceful walk.
In the afternoon, we’ll come together for a restorative yoga session, followed by pranayama and meditation to restore energy and calm the mind. Dinner will follow, and the evening can be spent in a relaxed, unhurried way.
Day 3 — YOGA + KAYAK TOUR + VIDOVA GORA
The morning yoga practice follows the same gentle and grounding format as the previous day. After a nourishing brunch, we’ll head to Sutivan for a scenic three-hour kayak tour along the island’s stunning coastline — suitable for beginners.
Once in Sutivan, there will be time to stroll and enjoy a light snack before we continue to Vidova Gora, the highest peak of all Croatian islands. From here, we’ll take in breathtaking panoramic views, including the famous Golden Cape beach and the surrounding islands.
We’ll conclude the day with a relaxed dinner, savoring the memories of our adventure.
Day 4 — YOGA + LEISURE+ DINNER IN LOCAL RESTAURANT
Our morning yoga practice and shared brunch remain part of the day’s rhythm. The afternoon is yours to enjoy as you wish — relax by the pool, take a stroll, indulge in a soothing massage, or simply soak in the peaceful surroundings.
Later, we’ll gather for another restorative yoga session in the Katonah Yoga® tradition, with the option to experience a BodyReading session.
Dinner tonight will be enjoyed in an excellent local restaurant, offering delicious flavors and a relaxed atmosphere.
Day 5 — YOGA + ISLAND HOPPING
“Repetition is the mother of knowledge!” After our dynamic yoga class and a nourishing brunch, we’ll set off on a scenic boat trip with island hopping.
We’ll stop at beaches for swimming and relaxing, and visit small villages to experience the local culture.
In the evening, we’ll return to the villa to enjoy a delicious dinner together.
Day 6 — YOGA + AGROTOURISM + RESTORATIVE YOGA
Morning yoga and brunch remain our grounding routine.
In the afternoon, we’ll visit a historic inland village featuring a 400-year-old Venetian castle, now a museum and agrotourism site — Kastil Gospodnetic. Here, we’ll enjoy authentic local cuisine in a charming setting.
After returning to the villa, we’ll gather for another restorative yoga session, followed by a relaxed dinner to end the day.
Day 7 — RETURN HOME or...
A gentle morning yoga practice brings us together one last time before brunch. Afterwards, it’s time to return home… or perhaps stay forever on the breathtaking island of Brač!

LOCATION
Brač is a Mediterranean island famous for its cultural heritage, deeply indented coves, smooth stone pebble beaches, crystal clear sea, and rustic Mediterranean villages. This unique Adriatic island is bestowed with Croatian symbols such as Vidova Gora — one of the most beautiful viewpoints and the highest peak on the Adriatic coast. Another treasure is the Golden Cape — a natural white pebbled beach formation that sticks out of the sea like a tongue.
Lonely Planet listed it in the first place of the most beautiful beaches in Croatia. These remarkable natural properties and the islands’ relaxed vibe make Brač a top-rated destination for windsurfers, sports lovers, and adventure seekers.
Our retreat base is located outside of the tourist rush in peaceful village Mirca — slow-paced and a perfect place for enjoying sublime scenery and scents of Mediterranean herbs and pine trees.
