PROGRAM
Discover day by day program of our Women’s retreat on Pakleni islands with Irena Bartolec and Petra Bianco as teacher, and Sasha as host
Day 1 — ARRIVAL + OPENING CEREMONY
We will meet at 4 pm at Hvar main square and then head with the boat towards our villa at Pakleni islands.
After you settle down in the rooms and relax, we will have our first women’s circle. Our day will conclude with a homemade dinner served on the villa’s porch immersed in green.
Day 2 — YOGA + AYURVEDA SELF-CARE RITUALS
We will wake up early to catch the first sun’s rays and start the day with guided pranayama and intentional yoga practice, followed by long and lazy brunch.
After brunch, you will have plenty of time to relax by reading a book in your hammock, enjoying a massage or simply having a long swim in the crystal clear sea.
In the afternoon we will work with some ancient teachings of Ayurveda and the feminine aspect of it. Ayurveda, being a science of life, is a methodology of knowing yourself, your imbalances, and balances so you can heal simply by observing and opening up for self-knowledge and remedy precisely for you and your process. This idea of an ancient woman healing art becomes so natural and wildly alive in a safe space of sisterhood coming together and allowing the self-healing process to happen.
Last touch of the day – dinner under a starry sky.
Day 3 — YOAGA + FEMININE PRINCIPLES
On this day, we will invite sacred inner fire to our presence through our morning yoga and breathing routines. After recharging through practices, it is time for a delicious brunch. The eating process will be treated as a form of celebration or meditation. While eating, we will guide you through various ayurvedic tips and tricks to lessen toxicity and boost your belly fire.
In the afternoon, we will work on some feminine principles.
As women, we are shifting through many different cycles during our lifetime. Finding balance and accommodating each phase of our monthly cycles is crucial for our health. It is easy to get lost and forget about yourself and your needs while facing daily challenges and tasks. An overwhelming routine can affect women’s well-being. By getting familiar with our cycles and energy shifts, we can heal our feminine roots. Healing literally means “to make whole,” and this wholeness is unique for each of us. There is no fixed agenda, no stereotype of femininity except authenticity and joy for our bodies and minds.
Dinner.
Day 4 — YOGA + ISLAND HOPPING
We will access our nervous system and restore our emotional balance through our connections with mother Earth. This day is dedicated to the celebration of Shakti in all of her beauty.
After our morning grounding routines and brunch, we will sail off to simply have fun on our boat trip around the island.
Exploring secluded bays, jumping into the sea, listening to the sounds of nature and indulging our senses during a special dinner at the delightful garden of our host Mila on Hvar Island.
Day 5 — CLOSING CIRCLE
We will celebrate our last day on this adventure with our Closing women’s circle and fresh local delicacies.
After awakening our bodies with balancing morning routines and cuddling our souls with delicious brunch, we are ready to return home.
Rejuvenated and recharged, you are ready to return to the real world.
We will escort you to the island of Hvar, from where you can decide, whether to stay to live in Croatia or to go back to your home…

The house consists of a large living room, kitchen, spacious dining room, 4 bedrooms, and 5 bathrooms. Two bedrooms are situated on the ground floor with double beds and en-suite bathrooms. On the upper floor are a triple room and a twin room with en-suite bathrooms.
Surrounding the house is a spacious Mediterranean garden with authentic herbs, figs, and olive trees. The wild flora garden is equipped with hammocks and deck chairs, making it the ideal place to enjoy nature and silence. Private beach just 5 minutes walk away.

FOOD
Our food is prepared with fresh and seasonal ingredients from local farmers because we love to support the local economy.
During your stay, you’ll be delighted with two rich daily meals and snacks made by the in-house chef. Brunches and dinners are mainly vegetarian and vegan. The gluten-free options are available – let us know ahead about your special needs.
Coffee, tea, fruits, and snacks will be available throughout the day.
LOCATION
Pakleni Island is a gorgeous chain of wooded isles that stretches out immediately in front of the town of Hvar.
Although the name literally means ‘Hell’s Islands’, it’s thought to derive from ‘paklina’, a pine resin that was once harvested here to waterproof boats. The more descriptive name will be ‘Green and Blue Paradise’ of the Dalmatian coast, for plenty of deep blue caves and tiny white sandy beaches.
