Over five unforgettable days, immerse yourself in movement, mindfulness, and the serene beauty of Brijuni National Park.Each morning, Pilates and functional fitness sessions awaken and energize your body, while afternoons offer time to relax, restore, and simply be.
One day, we’ll wander the charming streets of Rovinj, savoring its vibrant colors, history, and Mediterranean charm. Evenings are designed to delight the senses — two special dinners will be enjoyed in carefully chosen local restaurants, offering the flavors and atmosphere of the Adriatic coast.
This is a retreat to move, nourish, and reconnect — all within the rare, almost timeless energy of this magical island.
PROGRAM
Discover day by day program of Pilates & Fitness Retreat at Brijuni National Park
Day 1 — ARRIVAL + OPENING CIRCLE
Our journey begins in the afternoon in Fazana, a charming seaside village just 20 minutes from Pula Airport. From here, we’ll take a 20-minute boat ride to our home for the next five days — the breathtaking Brijuni National Park.
Upon arrival, you’ll check in at Hotel Neptun and have time to settle into your room and soak in the island atmosphere.
In the late afternoon, we’ll gather for our opening circle followed by a gentle Pilates class. This is a moment to land, connect, and get to know one another while setting intentions for the days ahead — surrounded by island calm, pine trees, and fresh sea air.
Dinner will be served at the hotel.
Day 2 — FUNCTIONAL FITNESS + BRIJUNI EXPLORATION + PILATES
Start your morning with an energizing combination of Pilates and functional fitness, designed to awaken the body and build strength from the inside out.
After the session, enjoy a rich breakfast at the hotel.
Later in the morning, we’ll explore the natural and cultural beauty of Brijuni. Wander through the botanical garden, visit the open-air zoo, or simply relax by the sea with a book, feeling the warm sun on your skin.
In the afternoon, we’ll slow things down with a softer, restorative Pilates class, focusing on mobility, deep stretches, and mindful movement.
Dinner will be served at the hotel.
Day 3 — FUNCTIONAL FITNESS +VISITING ROVINJ
The day begins with a dynamic Pilates and functional fitness session, gradually introducing more challenging variations while always offering modifications for every level.
After working up a sweat, enjoy a nourishing breakfast.
Today we head out to explore the picturesque town of Rovinj — known for its colorful streets, historic charm, and unmistakable Mediterranean scents. You’ll have time to wander, explore, and take in the coastal magic at your own pace.
Dinner will be enjoyed together in a traditional local tavern in Rovinj.
Day 4 — FUNCTIONAL FITNESS + LEISURE + PILATES
By now, our morning routine feels familiar — a balanced mix of Pilates and functional fitness to challenge, strengthen, and energize the body. Exercises progress, but there is always the option to stay with foundational movements.
The rest of the day is yours to enjoy. Treat yourself to a massage, take a long swim in a hidden bay, or visit one of the oldest olive trees in the Mediterranean.
In the afternoon, we’ll come together for a calming Pilates session focused on deep stretches and full-body release.
For dinner, we’ll take a complimentary boat ride back to Fažana and enjoy local delicacies by the sea as the sun sets.
Day 5 — FUNCTIONAL FITNESS + DEPARTURE
Our final morning begins with a balanced, full-body workout — a chance to move, breathe, and savor these last moments together.
After breakfast, it’s time for departure… or perhaps to extend your stay and fall in love with Croatia just a little bit more.
LODGING
This retreat takes place at the elegant Hotel Neptun, perfectly situated in the heart of Brijuni National Park. Built during the Austro-Hungarian era, the hotel combines historic charm with modern comfort. Enjoy our spacious sea-view rooms, each air-conditioned and equipped with a private bathroom, satellite TV, minibar, and more.

Your retreat includes a rich hotel breakfast every morning and two dinners at the hotel, with both vegetarian and meat options available.
On two evenings, we will dine at local restaurants in Rovinj and Fazana, giving us the opportunity to savor the authentic flavors of Mediterranean cuisine and experience the region’s culinary delights.
LOCATION
Brijuni Islands invite you to step into a world of timeless elegance and natural beauty, where the glamour of the 1960s golden era still lingers.
Once the private retreat of Tito, the islands are dotted with museums, ancient olive groves, and fascinating archaeological sites, telling stories of a rich past. Deer and peacocks roam freely, while the open Safari Park, home to exotic animals including the legendary elephant gifted by Indira Gandhi, adds a touch of wonder.
Wander along secluded beaches, glide through crystal waters by kayak, or dive into the vibrant underwater world.

MEET OUR TEAM
…your teacher, and your host

Manuela has been practicing yoga for more than 20 years and she is teaching for more than a decade. Coming from a martial arts background Manuela has always been into a dynamic Yoga style with focus on Ashtanga and Vinyasa Yoga. Being one of the first certified KATONAH YOGA Teachers in Germany and Europe her Vinyasa Yoga style is deeply influenced by the philosophy of Taoism und TCM (Traditional Chinese medicine) and the alignment of the KATONAH YOGA tradition.
Not only being a Yoga and Pilates teacher, Manuela has the gift to explain technique within the Yoga practice by also underlying it with philosophy in order to explore deeper layers of body and mind. The physical Yoga practice with elements of empowering and strengthening aspects are in Manuela teachings as important as Pranayama and Meditation and Restorative Techniques as a tool to find the balance between polarities in order to find our center.
Not only being a Yoga and Pilates teacher, Manuela has the gift to explain technique within the Yoga practice by also underlying it with philosophy in order to explore deeper layers of body and mind. The physical Yoga practice with elements of empowering and strengthening aspects are in Manuela teachings as important as Pranayama and Meditation and Restorative Techniques as a tool to find the balance between polarities in order to find our center.

She is a passionate yoga practitioner, experienced yoga teacher and tour guide. She was working several years for one of the world's biggest travel companies, leading tours in Eastern Europe and Southeast Asia and her love for travel, tourism, yoga, and adventures made her found Fige Yoga Adventures®.
Sasha became a certified yoga teacher in 2018 by www.gaia-yoga.com school in Croatia. Her teaching style is Ashtanga Vinyasa, and she is skilled at demystifying complex concepts and making yoga feel accessible to beginners and teachers alike.
Dog lover, she enjoys spending time hiking, swimming and horseback riding.
