Day 1 — ARRIVAL + OPENING CIRCLE
Dobro dosli! Welcome to Croatia!
Our first day begins with a group transfer from Supetar straight to our villa. Once you’ve settled into your room, the day is yours to enjoy. Explore the villa’s lush bio garden, take a refreshing dip in the sea, or venture to the charming village of Mirca.
In the evening, join us for an opening circle where we’ll collectively set our intentions for the week ahead, followed by a gentle yoga practice.
As the day winds down, a delicious dinner awaits you.
Day 2 — YOGALATES + LEISURE + YIN YOGA
Start your day with an energizing yoga practice and breathwork overlooking the sparkling sea. Afterwards, our in-house chef will prepare a delicious brunch with fresh, seasonal ingredients.
The afternoon is yours to unwind and recharge. Enjoy an in-house massage—choose between an Ayurvedic marma massage with Teresa or a relaxing treatment—lounge by the pool, swim in the sea, or curl up with a book and soak in the tranquil atmosphere of the villa.
Before dinner, join Teresa for a deeply calming Yin Yoga class to gently stretch and restore your body.
As the day winds down, gather for a shared dinner under the starry sky, celebrating your island retreat and the moments of connection and serenity it has brought.
Day 3 — YOGALATES + BOAT TRIP TO HVAR & PAKLENI ISLANDS
After our morning Yogalates practice and a leisurely brunch, we’ll set sail on a boat trip to the majestic Hvar and the enchanting Pakleni Islands.
Our first stop is Hvar Town, renowned for its charming Venetian architecture, historic monasteries, and the famous Fortica Fortress (Španjola) overlooking the harbor. Take time to wander the lively streets, explore hidden corners, or enjoy a coffee at one of the town’s many inviting cafes and restaurants.
Next, we’ll visit the stunning Pakleni Islands archipelago, where you can swim in crystal-clear waters, snorkel among vibrant marine life, or simply relax at a beach bar.
Returning to the villa, a delicious dinner awaits, giving you the perfect chance to unwind and share the day’s adventures together.
Day 4 — YOGALATES + LEISURE + AYURVEDIC SESSION
We will continue to nourish this retreat with our morning Yogalates and breathwork practice, followed by a delicious brunch.
The afternoon is reserved for leisure. Teresa can offer an Ayurvedic massage, or if you prefer a more active day, you can rent a SUP board or a bicycle and explore the island.
In the afternoon, join Teresa for an Ayurvedic session where you’ll learn the basics of Ayurveda and how to bring more balance into your everyday life.
Dinner will be served afterwards, followed by free time to relax and enjoy the peaceful island atmosphere.
Day 5 — YOGALATES + OLIVE OIL & WINE TASTING + YOGA NIDRA
Start your morning with a Yogalates class to awaken and strengthen your body, followed by a long, leisurely brunch.
In the afternoon, we’ll visit Skrip, the oldest village on Brac, and explore the charming Olive Oil Museum. Discover the traditional process of olive oil production and enjoy a tasting of local specialties—cheese, prosciutto, fresh tomatoes, olive spreads, and regional wine.
In the evening, unwind with a calming Yoga Nidra session on the beach at sunset, followed by a farewell dinner under the stars to celebrate the week together.
Day 6 — RETURN HOME ... or
Rejuvenated and recharged, you are ready to get back into the real world.
We will escort you to Supetar, from where you can decide; or to stay to live in Croatia or to go back to your home…

LOCATION
Brač is a Mediterranean island famous for its cultural heritage, deeply indented coves, smooth stone pebble beaches, crystal clear sea, and rustic Mediterranean villages.
This unique Adriatic island is bestowed with Croatian symbols such as Vidova Gora — one of the most beautiful viewpoints and the highest peak on the Adriatic coast.
Another treasure is the Golden Cape — a natural white pebbled beach formation that sticks out of the sea like a tongue. Lonely Planet listed it in the first place of the most beautiful beaches in Croatia.
These remarkable natural properties and the islands’ relaxed vibe make Brač a top-rated destination for windsurfers, sports lovers, and adventure seekers.
Our retreat base is located outside of the tourist rush in peaceful village Mirca — slow-paced and a perfect place for enjoying sublime scenery and scents of Mediterranean herbs and pine trees.
