–THE RETREAT MEETS THE HEALTH AND HYGIENE PROTOCOLS THAT THE CROATIAN GOVERNMENT IMPLEMENTED AS GENERAL COVID-19 PROTOCOL.
You will have an organized transfer from Pula airport or city of Pula to our villa.
Once when you settle in your room, take time to ambient; you can relax by the pool and get to know other participants.
After dinner, we will set intentions for the upcoming week and have an introduction circle.
The last touch of the day is meditation under shiny stars for grounding and relaxation.
In the morning you will attend Manuela Yoga class, a dynamic practice that is influenced by Katonah Yoga elements and philosophy.
Following yoga time, our in-house chef will serve the brunch made of fresh and seasonal delicacies.
The afternoon is reserved for leisure activities, like massage, relaxing by the pool, swimming or simply reading the book and enjoying in the villa; your choice.
Before dinner, Manuela will hold a Workshop on Katonah Yoga Daoist philosophy, combined with a short practice. Learn about sacred geometry in our body structure and how to incorporate this knowledge in asana practice and in everyday life.
In the evening we will enjoy a delicious homemade dinner and wine.
Our morning will start with the same routine as the previous day.
After Yoga and brunch, put your swimming suit on and get ready for a beach day! We are going on a stand-up paddling tour around a small island. You can expect a lazy afternoon on the beach, taking a ride on paddleboards while enjoying the turquoise Adriatic Sea, and perhaps seeing some dolphins.
Once we arrived home, a delicious dinner will wait for us. We will conclude our day with meditation for better sleep.
After energizing with our morning routine, you’ll have free time to enjoy in the sauna, pool, and jacuzzi or to relax with the massage.
If you prefer a more active holiday, you can take in-house bicycles and explore local villages.
Before dinner, take some time to release and let Manuela lead you through restorative practice. Staying longer in different variations of pigeon pose will make your body feel fluent and alive.
After a delicious dinner, we will visit Pula city with its well-preserved Roman Amphitheater and have a drink at the main square Forum.
Repetition is the mother of knowledge- says Zig Ziglar! Today after morning Yoga practice and brunch, we are heading to one of the most beautiful National Park in Croatia – Brijuni.
There we can rent bicycles and explore this magical island with an open Zoo Park and Tito’s palace. This island has a vibe of the golden era from the sixties. We just love it!
When we arrived back, homemade dinner will wait for us at the table. It’s time to finish this active day with meditation.
The 6th day will start with our usual healthy practice.
The afternoon is reserved for a road trip to Istrian ‘pearl’ Rovinj and exploring the charms of its colorful streets and local artist ateliers.
Shortly after, we will head north to visit medieval hilltop town Motovun and discover further central Istria’s wonders! Motovun is world-famous for truffles, homemade pasta, and excellent vines.
We will have our spot reserved at one of the best local restaurants for a romantic sunset dinner.
… this will be the end of the retreat.
At this point, you will have the choice between going back to your home place or staying in Croatia forever.
