The retreat takes place in a luxury stone villa in the countryside, with a pool and fabulous views, close to the all attractions.
It brings together the best of Istria adventures, yoga practice with Marlene and healthy Mediterranean food.
The land of small hills, medieval towns, vineyards, olive groves, truffles, beautiful beaches and excellent vines, Istria is also called Terra Magica and is often compared to Italian Tuscany.

Welcome to the Terra Magica! The group transfer from Pula airport (PUY) to our charming villa in central Istria is organized. This is the day to set in your room and have a relaxed time by the pool.
Welcome dinner with authentic local delicacies will be served in the garden.
After morning tea, coffee or fresh juice refreshment, we start with “Rise & Shine” Vinyasa Yoga flow with Marlene. After energizing yoga class, it’s time time to relax. Rich and laaazy brunch will be served.
The afternoon is reserved for leisure activities such as massage, chilling by the pool, swimming, reading or just enjoying the sun – your choice.
During sunset time join Marlene for relax and restorative yoga practice. Dinner.
We just love to start morning with yoga and finish the day with a glass of wine. After morning practice and brunch, get ready for a half-day trip to Poreč.
This coastal city with the historic old town is famous for its major landmark from the 6th-century – Euphrasian Basilica, which belongs to UNESCO World Heritage. You will also have free time to wander around the city or to try some of the activities such as horseback riding, SUP, kayak tour, diving or surfing.
As Istria is famous for its excellent wines, we can’t miss the opportunity to stop for wine tasting on our way back.
The dinner will be served once we arrive back in villa.
Repetition is a key of accomplishment – Sasha says : ) – morning yoga practice, brunch and relaxation time. The day is all yours!
In the late afternoon, Marlene will delight your body with a restorative yoga flow.
The last touch for the day is homemade dinner served under the summer night sky.
On this day we are going to truffle hunting and tasting in Motovun! This breathtaking medieval town is a world-famous home of truffles, homemade pasta and wines.
Visit hilltop and discover central Istria’s wonders! We will have our spot reserved at one of the best local restaurants for a romantic sunset dinner.

Sunday lazy Sunday… Gently stretch your body with morning Vinyasa flow.
The afternoon is reserved for relaxation and Yoga Nidra class with Marlene. Dinner.
Day starts with our usual healthy practice, what else?
Later we go to a road trip to the Istrian ‘pearl’ Rovinj, and to explore the immense charm of its colorful streets and local artist ateliers.
Dinner is served at the villa.
Let’s sum all the impressions with a cup of coffee, tea, fresh juice or seasonal fruit. The group transfer from our villa to Pula airport (PUY) is organized. It’s time to return home… and you’ll live happily ever after!

A Vinyasa Yoga Teacher and student for over a decade, with a background in dance, Marlene uses her knowledge of the mind-body connection, energy, and deep core dynamics and anatomy to help students tap into their full potential and to connect with a more empowered place. A dynamic and transformative yoga teacher who takes a no-nonsense approach to vinyasa flow to transform and uplift her students' practice, spirit and life to bring new and empowering ways to help them find a positive and stronger way of being themselves.
For Marlene yoga is a lifestyle that isn’t limited to the yoga mat, it helps her to breath and flow through life and be present to experience life as it is. It gives moments of bliss which she experience during and after the practice!
Sasha became a certified yoga teacher in 2018 by www.gaia-yoga.com school in Croatia. Her teaching style is Ashtanga Vinyasa, and she is skilled at demystifying complex concepts and making yoga feel accessible to beginners and teachers alike.
Dog lover, she enjoys spending time hiking, swimming and horseback riding.
In the meantime, she left her corporate day job and completed teacher training for Asthanga yoga.
More recently, Sanja started cooking at retreat events. Extraordinary food combinations and ideas are always flowing through her mind, especially before bedtime when next-day-lunch recipes appear out of thin air.
