Discover day by day program of Hormone Yoga retreat on Hvar island.
–THE RETREAT MEETS THE HEALTH AND HYGIENE PROTOCOLS THAT THE CROATIAN GOVERNMENT IMPLEMENTED AS GENERAL COVID-19 PROTOCOL.
We will meet at 4 pm at Hvar main square and then head with the boat towards our villa at Pakleni islands.
After you settle down in the rooms and rest, we will have an introduction circle.
At the end of our first day we will relax with a homemade dinner served at the villa’s porch immersed in green, and meditation.
We will wake up early to catch the first sun’s rays, and start the day with a guided meditation, and practice based on Hormone Yoga method.
After awakening body practice, it is time for recharging with long and lazy brunch.
The afternoon is reserved for leisure activities, like massage, relaxing with a book in your hammock, or simply having a long swim in the friendly Adriatic Sea; your choice.
At sunset time, Nike will hold a workshop on the female cycles and life phases of the woman. She will give us tools and teach us how to apply this magical knowledge in our daily life.
We will finish this day with delicious dinner, and free time for relaxation.
Our morning will start with meditation, Yoga and healthy veggie brunch.
Today’s plan is island hopping around Pakleni islands and the island of Hvar. We will enjoy snorkeling in hidden bays, mud baths known for healing effects, and refreshment at a beautiful beach bar.
Once we arrive back home, a spicy workshop is waiting for us – Chakras and sexuality.
And the last touch of the day: delicious dinner and sharing experience around the bonfire.
We start the day with our morning routine that you’ve already embraced — sunrise meditation, snacks, Yoga practice, and then another rich and lazy brunch.
The afternoon is reserved for a meditation walk through the island. Walking in silence is intended to enable you to connect deeply with the natural elements as well as yourself. We believe this island has a special energy, can’t wait to hear your impressions!
Back home we will be graced with deeply relaxing Yoga class for stress relief and better sleep. Followed by another tasty dinner, and free time.
After awakening our bodies with healthy morning routines and cuddling our souls with delicious brunch, it’s time for leisure. You can relax with the massage, explore the hidden bays or visit a magical treehouse nearby.
Visit to Hvar is planned for the afternoon, and free time for exploring charming Venetian architecture spots and art shops.
Then we will be hosted by the friendly local family and will join them for dinner in their charming garden!
We will persistently feed our last day on this adventure with Yoga practice and fresh local delicacies.
Afterward, take some time to reflect on the sensations which could happen during the week we spent in the wild Mediterranean nature.
Around sunset, we will gather under the olive trees for a healthy nutrition and phytotherapy workshop.
We will celebrate this week’s closure with dinner around the bonfire and closing circle ritual.
Rejuvenated and recharged, you are ready to get back in the real world.
We will escort you to the island of Hvar, from where you can decide; or to stay to live in Croatia or to go back to your home…

Nike was studio manager at well known Yoga Studio. At present she works for a large German hotel chain as a project manager for yoga. She is a mother of 4 kids, loves dancing, walking in nature, swimming in the ocean, looking up to the moon and stars and listening to the heart and the intelligence of our bodies.

Sasha became a certified yoga teacher in 2018 by www.gaia-yoga.com school in Croatia.
Her teaching style is Ashtanga Vinyasa, and she is skilled at demystifying complex concepts and making yoga feel accessible to beginners and teachers alike.
Dog lover, she enjoys spending time hiking, swimming and horseback riding.
She started with cooking in Ayurvedic clinics where she had the opportunity to learn preparing therapeutical food from the best Ayurvedic doctors in Croatia. Her path continues by working in vegan restaurants, yoga retreats, organizing workshops, and creating menus for different facilitators.
She calls her cooking Mediterranean Vegan fusion. For her is important the plate is nutritional, with seasonal, fresh, local, and organic ingredients filled with colors, textures, and all six tastes. To respect nature, our planet, and all the creatures.
