Hatha Yoga retreat on Pakleni islands includes —slowly guided, therapeutic Hatha Yoga classes, Yin Yoga, meditations & breathing techniques, restorative practices for a certain part of the body, nature connection, meditation walks, in-house massages, and plenty of free time to relax and enjoy. The optional trip is island hopping around Pakleni islands and dinner with a local family in their charming garden in Hvar.

You will enjoy the luxury of waking up with the melodies of waves, jumping in the sea straight from your bed, and enchanting mornings on your own personal journey of transformation and self-discovery.

The program’s core parts are daily restorative and regenerative Hatha Yoga practice, guided by powerful breath, and meditations.
Nevertheless, you will have plenty of free time for leisure activities, like massage, relaxing with a book in your hammock, island hopping, or simply having a long swim in the friendly Adriatic Sea.
PROGRAM
Discover day by day program of Ashtanga retreat on Pakleni islands with Yoga teacher Lisa and host Sasha
Day 1 — ARRIVAL + YIN YOGA
On the first day, we will gather at 4 pm at Hvar main square and embark on a speedboat to our villa at Pakleni Islands.
Once you have settled into your rooms and had a chance to relax, we will come together for a delicious dinner.
To foster connection and create a welcoming atmosphere, we will engage in an introduction circle, where everyone can share a bit about themselves.
Finally, we will conclude the day with a gentle and calming Yin Yoga class, allowing you to unwind and prepare for the retreat ahead.
Day 2 — YOGA + LEISURE + YOGA FOR NECK & SHOULDERS
Begin the day by waking up early to catch the first rays of sun and engage in a serene meditation session by the sea. Alternatively, join us at 8 am for a revitalizing Hatha Yoga class.
After the invigorating practice, recharge with a long and lazy brunch.
The afternoon is dedicated to leisure activities, providing the opportunity to pamper yourself with a massage, unwind in a hammock with a book, or take a refreshing swim in the crystal-clear waters of the Adriatic Sea.
As the sun begins to set, join Lisa for a restorative Yoga class that focuses on releasing tension in the neck and shoulders.
Dinner will be a delightful affair, served on the porch surrounded by lush greenery, creating a serene and enchanting ambiance.
The evening is free for participants to enjoy as they please, allowing for personal relaxation and reflection.
Day 3 — YOGA + MEDITATION WALK + HAPPY FEET YOGA
We will begin the day with a gentle Hatha Yoga practice, allowing you to awaken your body and mind. Following the practice, we will gather for a rich and leisurely brunch.
In the afternoon, we planned for you—a meditation walk through the island. This unique experience involves walking in silence, allowing you to deeply connect with the natural surroundings and yourself. We believe that this island holds a special energy, and we can’t wait to hear your impressions!
During our meditation walk, we will make a stop at Soline Beach, known for its ancient Roman spa and ruins. Aside from the historical significance, Soline Beach offers a healing mud experience, renowned for leaving the skin soft and smooth.
Upon returning from our meditation walk, join us for a delightful session called “Happy Feet Yoga.” This session will include a mini massage course for the feet, providing relaxation and comfort after the walk.
To conclude the day, we will be treated to an amazing dinner, offering a feast of flavors to delight your taste buds.
Day 4 — YOGA + LEISURE + YOGA FOR BACK & SPINE
After starting the day with a gentle Yoga class we will indulge in a delightful and nourishing brunch to satisfy our senses. Following brunch, you will have free time to relax with a massage, explore the hidden bays of the island, or visit a nearby magical treehouse.
In the afternoon, gather under the serene olive trees as Lisa guides you through another restorative Yoga class, this time with a focus on the back and spine. This class will incorporate meditation and breathing techniques to promote deep relaxation and rejuvenation.
As the day draws to a close, we will come together for a memorable dinner experience.
Additionally, an optional boat trip around the stunning Pakleni Islands is available, including stops at hidden bays, followed by a special dinner hosted by a local family in their beautiful home in Hvar.
Please note that the boat trip and dinner with the local family are optional activities, allowing you to choose what resonates with you and enhance your retreat experience.
Day 5 — RETURN HOME or...
We will start the day with yoga and brunch.
Rejuvenated and recharged, you are ready to get back into the real world.
We will escort you to the island of Hvar, from where you can decide; or to stay to live in Croatia or to go back to your home…
VILLA
The Cricket house is located only 20 minutes boat ride from Hvar island. There are no cars on the Pakleni islands, and our villa has no neighbors. The house consists of a large living room, kitchen, spacious dining room, 4 bedrooms, and 5 bathrooms. Two bedrooms are situated on the ground floor with double beds and en-suite bathrooms. On the upper floor are a triple room and a twin room with en-suite bathrooms.
Surrounding the house is a spacious Mediterranean garden with authentic herbs, figs, and olive trees. The wild flora garden is equipped with hammocks and deck chairs, making it the ideal place to enjoy nature and silence. Private beach just 5 minutes walk away.
We also offer the option of staying in the tent and using the bathroom from the house. If you are interested, let us know, so we can provide a tent for you.
FOOD
Our food is prepared with fresh and seasonal ingredients from local farmers because we love to support the local economy.
During your stay, you’ll be delighted with two rich daily meals made by the in-house chef. Brunches and dinners are mainly vegetarian and vegan. The gluten-free options are available – let us know ahead about your special needs.
Coffee, tea, fruits, and snacks will be available throughout the day.
LOCATION
Pakleni Island is a gorgeous chain of wooded isles that stretches out immediately in front of the town of Hvar.
Although the name literally means ‘Hell’s Islands’, it’s thought to derive from ‘paklina’, a pine resin that was once harvested here to waterproof boats. The more descriptive name will be ‘Green and Blue Paradise’ of the Dalmatian coast, for plenty of deep blue caves and tiny white sandy beaches.

Lisa is a state-approved sports and gymnastics teacher, wilderness educator, wellness masseuse and advanced AYI Yoga teacher with more than 1100 hours of training with Dr. Ronald Steiner and Anna Trökes.
She teaches Yoga seminars, retreats and advanced training courses for Yoga teachers throughout Europe.
In her work, the art of movement, philosophy, meditation, massage and her intensive connection to nature flow harmoniously into one another and inspire a comprehensive understanding of being alive.
She responds sensitively and attentively to the individual needs of her students and customers .
She teaches Yoga seminars, retreats and advanced training courses for Yoga teachers throughout Europe.
In her work, the art of movement, philosophy, meditation, massage and her intensive connection to nature flow harmoniously into one another and inspire a comprehensive understanding of being alive.

She was working several years for one of the world's biggest travel companies, leading tours in Eastern Europe and Southeast Asia and her love for travel, tourism, yoga, and adventures made her found Fige Yoga Adventures®.

Her teaching style is Ashtanga Vinyasa, and she is skilled at demystifying complex concepts and making yoga feel accessible to beginners and teachers alike.
Dog lover, she enjoys spending time hiking, swimming and horseback riding.
